Give to Gain: International Women’s Day with INSÉRIF

This International Women’s Day, we launched our Give to Gain campaign - reflecting on what we’ve gained as women and what we choose to give back.

Last week in London, we met members of our community and asked them a few simple questions about the support they’ve received from other women, and what they hope to give to another this year.

As a thank you for sharing their stories, we gifted each participant a limited edition International Women’s Day notebook - a space to write and reflect.

Alongside this, the Women of INSÉRIF team also shared a Q&A, reflecting on confidence, career lessons and the future we want to see for women at work.
