Returns & Order Policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, will make it right.

We do not accept returns for normal wear and tear.

Edits, Changes and Cancellations

Unfortunately, orders cannot be edited, changed, or canceled once placed. We kindly ask that all details are double-checked before finalizing your purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items fall under the category of non-returnable, including custom products such as special orders, made-to-order items, and personalized custom items. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item falling into this category, please reach out to our customer service team. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Product Appearance and Device Variations:

Please note that our product images are for illustrative purposes only. Due to the unique design features of different device models (such as variations in camera cut-outs, button placement, etc.), the final product you receive may differ slightly in appearance from the images shown on our website. For example, the iPhone 16 model includes a distinct side cut-out for the camera button, which may not be reflected in all displayed images.

These design variations are intended to ensure proper fit and function for your specific device model. As a result, returns or exchanges based solely on minor visual differences related to device-specific features will not be accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.

If you have concerns about how a product will look for your specific device model, please reach out to our customer support team before making a purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for non-personalised items, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for the return postage fee.

Solutions, Refunds & Returns

For items reported as damaged upon arrival, defective, or incorrect within 48 hours of delivery, and once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

A refund to your original payment method instead of a replacement or store credit will only be issued where required by law, such as in regions like the UK, EU, and Australia. If applicable, refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

For any other issues, including those related to normal wear and tear, please contact us. These will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that, unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return and replacement postage fees, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund or store credit, please contact us.

We accept the following payment methods: Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDeal

Buy Now, Pay Later

We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options through third-party payment providers. These services are subject to eligibility checks, approval, and the applicable terms and conditions of the selected provider. Approval decisions are made solely by the payment provider.

Available BNPL providers include:

  • Klarna - subject to Klarna’s terms and conditions

  • Clearpay - subject to Clearpay’s terms and conditions

  • Afterpay - subject to Afterpay’s terms and conditions

By selecting a Buy Now, Pay Later option, you agree to be bound by the provider’s terms and conditions, which are presented to you during the provider’s application or approval process. Repayment schedules, fees, and eligibility criteria are determined solely by the respective provider.

Any refunds processed will be handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and the applicable Buy Now, Pay Later provider’s terms.
