Shipping policy
When will I get my order?
INSÉRIF products are hand-finished and may take up to 5 business days (Monday - Friday) to prepare and process. Delivery (once processed) is Standard 4-9 business days or Express 2–5 business days. Import clearance may cause delays to the expected timeframe, unfortunately this is out of our control.
Please note: couriers may also run slower during sales or festive periods. While we always work closely with couriers to minimise delays, delivery times are managed by them once dispatched.

Tracking not updating?
Tracking number updates may experience slight delays, as some couriers collaborate with various shipping partners for international deliveries.
Worldwide delivery?
We offer worldwide delivery excluding Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Additionally, your order can be tracked here: https://inserif.com/apps/tracking
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, contact us with your order number.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties and tax fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control. Customs policies vary from country to country, so it's advisable to contact your local customs office directly to inquire about any applicable duties and taxes on your purchases.
Please note that any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
