The City Bag Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the INSÉRIF City Bag Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”). By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Promoter
The promoter is HUB 18 Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13144098, with its registered office at 6 Edison Village, Nottingham Science & Technology Park, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England, NG7 2RF (“INSÉRIF”, “we”, “us”).
2. Eligibility
The Prize Draw is open to legal residents aged 18 years or over in the following eligible territories:
United Kingdom, United States, Australia (excluding Queensland), Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Portugal and Greece.
Residents of Belgium, Poland and the United Arab Emirates are not eligible to enter.
Employees of INSÉRIF, their immediate families, agents, contractors and anyone professionally associated with the administration of the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary.
Entrants must have a valid Instagram account and comply with Instagram's applicable terms and policies.
3. Promotion Period
The Prize Draw opens when the City Bag giveaway post is published on the official INSÉRIF Instagram account, @inserifdesign.
The Prize Draw closes at 8:55pm BST on Thursday 27 August 2026 (the “Closing Date”).
Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To receive one entry into the Prize Draw, entrants must complete all of the following during the Promotion Period:

4. How to Enter
To receive one entry into the Prize Draw, entrants must complete all of the following during the Promotion Period:
- Follow @inserifdesign on Instagram;
- Like and save the City Bag giveaway post; and
- Comment on the giveaway post with the three places their City Bag would take them.
Entrants may receive up to three additional entries by tagging a different person in a separate comment on the giveaway post.
Each additional comment must tag a different genuine Instagram account. A maximum of three additional entries per entrant will be accepted.
By tagging another person, the entrant confirms that they have that person's permission to tag them in connection with the Prize Draw.
Entries that are incomplete, submitted after the Closing Date, generated automatically or which INSÉRIF reasonably considers fraudulent, abusive or in breach of these Terms & Conditions will not be accepted.
5. The Prize
There is one prize available.
The winner will receive one INSÉRIF City Bag with complimentary personalisation.
The winner may select from the City Bag colours and personalisation options available at the time the prize is fulfilled.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered.
INSÉRIF will cover the cost of standard delivery of the prize and any applicable customs duties or import charges arising from delivery of the prize to the winner's eligible address.
If circumstances outside INSÉRIF's reasonable control make it necessary to do so, INSÉRIF reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected from all valid entries received before the Closing Date.
Each valid additional entry earned in accordance with Section 4 will be included separately in the draw and will therefore provide an additional chance of winning.
The winner will be selected at random using a verifiably random selection process.
No employee, contractor or other person professionally associated with the administration of the Prize Draw will personally select the winner.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from the official @inserifdesign account on Friday 28 August 2026.
INSÉRIF will never request payment or bank details from the winner in order to claim the prize. Entrants should be aware of fraudulent or impersonator accounts.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted and provide any information reasonably required to confirm their eligibility, personalisation choices and delivery details.
If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, INSÉRIF reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner in accordance with the winner-selection process set out in Section 6.
Where required by applicable law, INSÉRIF will make information relating to the winner available. In particular, for the purposes of UK promotion requirements, the winner's surname and country of residence will be made available on request.

8. Prize Delivery
INSÉRIF will arrange standard delivery of the prize to an eligible address supplied by the winner at no cost to the winner.
INSÉRIF will also pay any customs duties or import charges applicable to delivery of the prize.
INSÉRIF will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including customs or import clearance delays.
9. Personal Information and Data Protection
Information submitted publicly as part of an entry, including Instagram handles, comments and tags, will remain visible on Instagram for as long as the giveaway post remains live, subject to Instagram's own terms and policies and any action taken by the entrant to remove their content.
INSÉRIF will not create or retain a separate database of entrants beyond any information reasonably required to administer the Prize Draw and select the winner.
The winner will be asked to provide information required to verify their eligibility and fulfil the prize, which may include their name, country of residence, contact details, delivery address and personalisation choices. This information will only be used for the administration and fulfilment of the Prize Draw and may be shared with service providers where necessary to deliver the prize.
Information collected directly by INSÉRIF in connection with the Prize Draw will only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the administration and fulfilment of the Prize Draw, or where INSÉRIF is required to retain it for longer for legal, regulatory or legitimate business purposes.
Where required by applicable law, the winner's surname and country of residence may be disclosed upon request.
Entry into the Prize Draw will not automatically subscribe entrants to INSÉRIF marketing communications.

10. Instagram
This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
By entering the Prize Draw, entrants acknowledge that Instagram has no responsibility for the administration of the promotion or fulfilment of the prize and release Instagram from any liability arising in connection with the Prize Draw to the extent permitted by law.
11. General
INSÉRIF reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions, manipulated the entry process, acted fraudulently or otherwise acted unfairly.
INSÉRIF accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not successfully submitted as a result of technical faults, network failures or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
If circumstances outside INSÉRIF's reasonable control make it unavoidable, INSÉRIF reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw, provided that entrants are treated fairly.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory laws in an entrant's country or territory of residence apply.
