This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.inserif.com (the “Site”). HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). We have Google Analytics & Facebook tracking installed on our site. Required personal information and behavior is collected and shared with Google Analytics and Facebook to help target and shape our digital marketing campaigns.
We engage third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies, manufacturers & suppliers. We work with 3rd party on-demand order fulfilment companies and suppliers with facilities worldwide. Depending on your location and stock levels, orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can fulfil and send your order most efficiently. Your information will be shared with the most suitable supplier depending on your order and location, this may be outside the EU if necessary. This includes your Name; Company name; Shipping information; and Order handling information. Your personal information is used exclusively to fulfil your order and make your buying experience a success. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services. We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store. DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
GDPR
If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased.
