Customers residing in the European Union, may have a legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to the terms below.
Withdrawal Period (EU)
For eligible products, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party indicated the goods received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period using our online withdrawal request form or by contacting our customer service team.
Returning Goods (EU)
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The goods must be returned in their original condition. We may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Refunds (EU)
We will reimburse all payments received for the eligible goods, including the cost of standard delivery (where applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
Personalized and Custom-Made Products (EU)
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Accordingly, products that are custom-made, personalized, printed, engraved, modified, or otherwise produced according to your individual requirements cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded solely because customer has changed their mind.
This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.
Faulty or Incorrect Items (EU)
If you receive a faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with details and supporting photographs where applicable. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
